We only need pricing information, not user data, for the trial setup.

Assign a Trial Lead

Designate a person (e.g., Product Manager, Data Analyst) to lead the trial on your end. No advanced technical expertise is required.

Time Commitment

The designated trial lead should be able to dedicate approximately 10 hours to the trial over a 2–4-week period.​

Receive an Email

Before Live Onboarding session the trial user will receive an email with access credentials and a user manual.

Link to Clintview trial account, preloaded with your price plans and other elements (not customer data).​

1. Onboarding

Setting up Clintview VI

1.

On your computer click on the link https://demo.clintworld.de/clintview/ to access Clintview VI.

2.

Sign in with the username and password (provided in the email).

3.

Your Clintworld Consultant has the same account profile so to understand possible troubles of trial user and can answer questions.

4.

After signing into Clintview VI, the DUO Mobile App or another authentication app will open automatically on your phone, click Approve.

5.

If the app does not open automatically, open it manually and click ‘Approve’.

6.

You will need to reconnect with the Duo app or your chosen authentication app after one day

Workbench

This is the place where you collect price plans, segments, and other elements to have them at your disposal for assembling your individual use cases. When you start, the work bench will be empty. Fill it by going through input reports, right-clicking on items and selecting the basket icon. They will be added to the Workbench and the numbers go up. So don’t start your journey here, start with input reports or configurations.

Select Use Case

Get an overview of use cases with a description for each. Once you have selected the appropriate customer segments and price plan items to work with, you can start the simulation journey here.

Sub-navigation Bar

Drill deeper into Reporting, Configuration and Use Cases. Adjust the software to your needs in the ‘More’ section.

Find your past simulated Use Cases here, easily edit, copy, rerun or delete them.

Easy Use Case Onboarding
Navigate to:

Select a Use Case, then click + Create.

Follow the Steps:

Progress through the Configuration Steps, which are pre-defined and tailored to the selected use case.

Click Next after completing each step, or Previous to adjust.

Start with Pre-Defined Values:

Utilize the pre-defined values to get acquainted with the process. Gradually change the values as you become more comfortable.

Completion:

Once all steps are completed, review your setup and save it.

Run the Use Case:

Click the green arrow and ‘Start Now’ to execute. (refresh the browser for small data set simulations or click ‘Notify me’ for more complex cases).

Access Results:

The finalized use case, along with all relevant reports, can permanently be found in the "Use Case History" section located in the top navigation on the right-hand column.

Use Case Creation (Workbrench)
Navigate to the Workbench → Select a Use Case Type
Define the Segment:

Configure the customer segment you want to simulate (e.g., legacy or mispositioned customers) from your Workbench Items.

Define the Target State/Product Set:

This can be a preset Product Set or any combination of plans and options. For example, you might choose your current price plans and options.

Finalize the Use Case:

Click Finalize Use Case.

The use case will be automatically named, but you can change it.

The use case will be added to the queue for processing.

Run the Use Case:

Click the green arrow and Start now to execute the use case.

Access Results:

Once completed, the finalized use case, along with all relevant reports, can be found in the Use Case History section located in the top navigation on the right-hand column.

Use Case Reports

To find the reports, navigate to the Use case column on the Dashboard view or to Use Cases in the sub-navigation and select the appropriate one.

For each simulation, the system generates visually appealing reports that present actionable results, always tailored to your specific use case.

These reports are structured hierarchically, beginning with high-level recommendations tailored for C-level executives.

They then progressively drill down to more granular data, including insights by customer segment and even individual customer details, providing project and program managers with the information they need for execution.

Configuration of Price Plans
Configure Existing Price Plans and Create New Ones

Your trial version is conveniently pre-loaded with several of your company's price plans to get you started quickly.

Accessing Price Plans:

Navigate to Configuration → Price Plans in the sub-navigation menu.

Modifying Existing Plans:

Right-click on a plan and chose Open in Editor.

Creating New Plans:

Right-click on an existing plan and select Copy in Editor to create a duplicate you can then customize.

Editing Plan Details:

On the Editor page, modify the must-haves, intervals, charges, and options as needed. Click Save when you're finished.
